We do not collect payment information, location data, or any data beyond what is listed above.

We use Firebase (provided by Google) to store account data and authentication. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

All passwords are handled exclusively by Firebase Authentication. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing — we never store your password in plain text and we cannot read or recover it.

If you forget your password, you can request a password reset email from the sign-in screen. Firebase will send a secure reset link to your registered email address.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for business record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at jarrod@hcabuilds.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
